ABOUT LAUREN JAWNO

LAUREN JAWNO, the creator and author of the Change4Good Program, has a Bachelors Degree in Education, is a certified nutritionist, fitness trainer, cutting edge wellness and lifestyle coach and media personality. During her 15 years in the field, her clients have included professional corporations including: AB Sciex,Ceridian, Royal Bank of Canada and Mercedes-Benz. Her many private clients include people from all walks of life: doctors, lawyers, business executives, stay-at-home moms, nationally ranked swimmers and runners, hockey and soccer players, world ranked dancers and athletes of all stripes.

A popular member of the respected Health Sciences faculty at Centennial College in Toronto, Lauren is also affiliated with a select group of leading sports and health and wellness facilities in Toronto. A dynamic speaker and frequent guest on television and radio on the subject of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle, Lauren has also written for and been featured in numerous national publications and is a regular columnist for iRun magazine.
