ABOUT LAUREN JAWNO

Having personally lived with an eating disorder that wreaked havoc on her life for over 15 years, Lauren is no stranger to the complex role food can play in our wellbeing, happiness and life.

It was only through thousands of hours of personal discovery and growth, some unforgettable life changing events, and earning qualifications in fitness training, nutrition, coaching, lifestyle management, cognitive behaviour therapy and personality assessment, that Lauren gratefully embraced and understood two incredible truths:

  1. Being well isn't about being perfect or fitting into a pre-defined box--it's about finding your own path to health, happiness, purpose and fulfillment
  2. Diet and exercise alone aren't the answers to weight management - a change in thought must happen in order for lasting fitness to be achieved well, you need to rebel!

These realizations inspired Lauren to write Chang4Good, her proven 10-step guide to weight management by first changing your thought process - as she did to overcome her lifelong eating disorder and find a level of happiness and fulfillment she'd once only dreamed about.
